We gladly offer refunds or replacements for products that arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a faulty item upon delivery, please contact us HERE within 7 days of receipt. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description, and a photo of the issue. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions and proceed with a replacement or refund.
Important Note Regarding Chocolate Products:
Due to the nature of chocolate and higher temperatures during the summer months, chocolate products can occasionally melt. While we include insulated packaging and ice packs with all chocolate orders, we cannot guarantee against melting during transit.
Each shipment includes clear instructions on properly handling chocolate upon delivery to preserve product quality. Customers acknowledge and accept the risk of potential melting by placing an order for chocolate products during warmer months.

The email must contain:
- Your order number in the subject line (i.e., "DAMAGED PRODUCT/ MISSING ITEMS – ORDER #(Insert your order number)."
- A description of what happened
- Photo of the product in question
- Photo of the box
- Photo of the packaging slip
Once we receive this information, we will email you instructions and a return shipping label. This review process can take up to 5 business days (sometimes longer, depending on the issue).
There is no return shipping fee and no restocking fee on approved returns.
In case of a valid exchange for broken or damaged products, we will contact you with instructions on how to proceed. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BEFORE DISCUSSING SHIPPING DETAILS WITH US.
