Be sure to include your order number, a brief description, and a photo of the issue. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions and proceed with a replacement or refund.
Important Note Regarding Chocolate Products:
Due to the nature of chocolate and higher temperatures during the summer months, we do not offer refunds for melted chocolate products. While we include insulated packaging and ice packs with all chocolate orders, we cannot guarantee against melting during transit.
Each shipment includes clear instructions on properly handling chocolate upon delivery to preserve product quality. Customers acknowledge and accept the risk of potential melting by placing an order for chocolate products during warmer months.

We do not handle refunds for purchases made at independent retail locations. If you purchased an Enjoy Shrooms product at a retail location or through a website other than www.enjoyshrooms.com, you would need to deal directly with the store or website where you purchased it.
While we stand behind the quality of our products, a product's effectiveness is not a valid reason for a refund, as herbal supplements and nootropics affect everyone differently.
If a product arrives damaged/unusable, or your shipment needs to include any products, you must notify us within 24 hours of product arrival through this page, click here.
The email must contain:
- Your order number in the subject line (i.e., "DAMAGED PRODUCT/ MISSING ITEMS – ORDER #(Insert your order number)."
- A description of what happened
- Photo of the product in question
- Photo of the box
- Photo of the packaging slip
Once we receive this information, we will decide. This review process can take up to 5 business days (sometimes longer, depending on the issue). Not providing all of the requested information, if applicable, may result in an automatic denial of your request.
In case of a valid exchange for broken or damaged products, we will contact you with instructions on how to proceed. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BEFORE DISCUSSING SHIPPING DETAILS WITH US.
